PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Project development is the process of transforming available project inputs into desired outputs by consuming available resources.
Investment management
- Location development – development of the location is a basis for the development of a regulatory plan (masterplan). It is primarily about large plots of land consisting of smaller plots, the development of which will be reflected on wider area. The result of the development of the location is an optimally harmonized masterplan
- Masterplan development – the result of masterplan development is a presentation book prepared in a suitable scale and form necessary for preliminary interviews with potential beneficiaries and investors
- Design development – the result of the design development is an architectural design concept that serves as a basis for the process of obtaining all relevant permits ( e.g. location permit and building permit ) as well as special concessions and permits issued by local authorities necessary for project realization
- Project execution – includes all activities related to the construction of the building(s) and infrastructure and coordination of obtaining usage permit
Representation of the Client
IVMAR Project Development takes over all necessary meetings, negotiations and activities on behalf of the Client and thus represents the Client in the development process or during any of the project life cycle.
The basis of services we offer within the project development are non-transferable obligations of the Client such as:
- approval of the project budget
- approval of the milestone plan
- reaching internal conclusions about the project
- securing funding
- approval of payment transactions
- timely decision-making by the Client
- taking over the services / works / facilities from third parties
