- Location identification – Preparation of a catalogue of requirements for site identification based on research, analysis of properties, with a focus on basic features, harmonization of the catalogue of requirements with the Client, identifying appropriate properties based on the requirements and needs of our clients
- Project letter – Creating location-relevant data
- Acquisition – Preparation of the acquisition, monitoring negotiations, organization of legal, technical, and financial elements of negotiations, preparation of a contract with a lawyer, participation in all meetings related to the acquisition, monitoring the registration in the land register in cooperation with a lawyer
